  • Coordinate and guide small crews for productivity and quality outcomes.
  • Perform fire, smoke, and odor removal techniques.
  • Assist with installation and maintenance of containment systems.
  • Deliver strong customer service under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Safely remove debris while protecting unaffected areas of the property

  • Serve as an on‑site resource for basic project questions, escalating issues when appropriate
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain clean, serviceable equipment

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated Fire Damage Specialist – Intermediate (Level 3) to support remediation and restoration efforts for residential and light commercial clients. This hands‑on role is ideal for restoration professionals ready to take the next step—building leadership skills while contributing to complex, high‑impact fire loss projects.

In this position, you’ll perform industry‑standard fire and smoke remediation work while supporting and mentoring entry‑level technicians and assisting advanced team members on larger or more complex projects. You’ll be a key contributor to jobsite safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

To qualify:

  • Minimum of 12 months of prior experience as a Fire Damage Specialist (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Direct involvement in 25+ fire damage projects
