Job summary

High Prana LLC in Orange, CA seeks a disciplined Job Site Superintendent to oversee a fire-damaged mid-century modern residence restoration.

You will coordinate architects, trades, inspections and ensure high workmanship from start to finish, reporting to management and leading on-site daily.

This full-time role requires on-site presence five days a week, with a potential bonus based on project performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Job Site Superintendent is required.
• Strong residential construction experience.
• Experience with high-end residential construction, custom homes, major remodels, or fire restoration preferred.
• Experience reading architectural plans and detailed construction documents.
• Strong understanding of sequencing and building trades.

Responsibilities

• Be physically present on the project site 5 days per week.
• Manage and oversee daily job-site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and daily work schedules.
• Ensure subcontractors arrive as scheduled and maintain production.
• Verify work is being completed according to plans, specifications and quality standards.
• Work closely with the architect, Project Manager, and stakeholders.
• Review plans and identify conflicts before work is performed.
• Maintain quality control for architectural details and finishes.
• Monitor project schedule and prevent delays.
• Coordinate and prepare the project for required inspections.
• Verify completed work before proceeding to next phase.
• Identify construction issues and communicate them to management.
• Maintain daily documentation of progress and issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized job site.
• Assist with closeout, punch-list, and final inspections.
• Take ownership of keeping the project moving toward the deadline.
