Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as lead technician in construction/restoration.
• Valid Class C driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must be insurable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to pass respirator physical and fit exam.
• Industry certifications preferred; pass medical exams if required.
• Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong English reading/writing/verbal skills.
• Experience with documentation software and submitting reports.
• Ability to mentor technicians and develop skills.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Site Safety Representative training completed.
• Able to interpret manuals, drawings, MSDS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communications with Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator for schedules, scope changes, materials, and resources.
• Lead a group of 3+ technicians, providing supervision and direction.
• Supervise multiple jobs in a day, from simple to large loss.
• Ensure best customer experience and adjust plans based on experience.
• Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies.
• Complete crew sheets and job notes daily.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Mentor and develop technicians through coaching and feedback.
