Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Lead Test Operator at its Centennial, Colorado site to support assembly and testing of small turbine engines. You will install instrumentation, run test sequences, and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and EHS daily to deliver high-quality products.

The role requires 4+ years in mechanical/electrical assembly testing, adherence to standard work, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly testing, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of testing processes, standard work instruction adherence, hand-tool use, and Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, connect, and execute a pre-programmed series of test steps.
• Operate hand and power tools and other equipment per standard work instructions.
• Read blueprints/schematics to guide actions and clarify content.
• Conduct activities in compliance with EHS policies; participate in hazard identification and remediation.
• Install instrumentation on engine hardware; manage cables and sensors.
• Maintain equipment through routine preventive maintenance.
• Assist in developing or improving test procedures and work instructions.
