Job summary

You will design, develop, and secure market-leading tech products, driving DevOps, AI-assisted practices, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure resilient, scalable solutions across Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applied experience in software engineering and delivery
• Experience with system design, development, testing, and operational stability
• Strong experience with Java, AWS, Spring Boot, and Terraform
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), performance tuning
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud provisioning tools
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools with secure validation

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting
• Develops secure production code and reviews code written by others
• Designs scalable, high-performance solutions using Java, Spring, AWS, Oracle, PostgreSQL
• Leads incident response and root cause analysis for critical production issues
• Manages and optimizes cloud infrastructure focusing on cost, security, and resilience
• Drives adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, IaC, automated testing
• Evaluates emerging technologies and tools to improve productivity and reliability
• Drives team adoption of enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted engineering practices
• Applies knowledge of DevOps toolchains and AI-assisted development to automation
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues
