Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools and validating AI outputs.
• Strong responsible AI practices in security and data handling.
• Strong OO design skills and patterns.
• Experience with service oriented applications (SOA).
• Disciplined approach to code management, testing and deployment.
• Understanding of unit testing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global team.
• Experience with full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java services integrated in end-to-end processing of derivative products.
• Design and build AI agents and pipelines to automate software development, testing, and workflows.
• Support integration of AI capabilities with Java services and front-end trading applications.
• Build a stable, scalable cloud-based solution deployed globally.
• Design and code robust APIs to persist/retrieve data and implement business logic.
• Build JavaScript and C# front-end desktop applications to interface with the Java services.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team.
