In this role, you will lead design reviews, mentor teams, and advance automated testing, observability, and production readiness across distributed systems in a risk-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in system design, development, testing, and production stability.
• Experience leading the use of AI-assisted development tools with emphasis on correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI in engineering workflows and secure practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peers’ work.
• Lead end-to-end DevOps for the team's SDLC, including pipelines and testing gates.
• Drive enterprise AI practices and establish validation standards for AI outputs.
• Architect and implement Java microservices and REST APIs with scalability and security.
• Guide design reviews and align technology choices with information architecture.
