Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years applied experience in software development.
• Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure adoption.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices with consistent validation standards.
• Applies SDLC tools to improve automation value and development quality.
