Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering enterprise Java development projects (Core Java, Spring, J2EE).
• Expertise in Spark, Kafka, and Cloudera ecosystem (Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Impala).
• RESTful services, JSON/XML, and server-side integration.
• Front-end tech: JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, AJAX.
• Experience with WebSphere, SVN, Bitbucket; banking or regulatory domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise Java/J2EE web apps for regulatory reporting.
• Develop front-end components with JS frameworks and HTML5/CSS.
• Contribute to architectural design discussions and mentorship.
• Review code, fix defects, and guide junior developers.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements.
• Define testing strategies and manage UAT and post-implementation support.
• Lead weekly status calls and provide project updates.
