Job summary
Synechron seeks a Lead Java Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise Java applications for top clients, leveraging AI-assisted development workflows with Devin AI. You will work closely with customers, product teams, and engineering groups to deliver mission-critical solutions.
The role requires strong Java 11/17+ expertise, Spring Boot, microservices, and experience with AI-driven tooling.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Java development experience.
- Expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with Devin AI for software development workflows.
- Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise Java applications.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure solutions using modern Java technologies.
- Develop and maintain microservices-based apps using Spring Boot.
- Work directly with clients to translate requirements into solutions.
- Deploy Devin AI across software engineering teams.
- Build POCs and production-grade applications using AI-assisted development.
