Job summary
Synechron in Charlotte, NC seeks a Lead Java Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy enterprise Java applications using Spring Boot, microservices and Devin AI.
You will work with clients to translate requirements into scalable solutions, implement AI-assisted development workflows, and guide projects from concept to production in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Java 11/17+ and modern Java ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Devin AI for software development workflows.
- Experience with designing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise Java applications.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure microservices and APIs.
- Build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deploy Devin AI across engineering teams and drive AI-assisted workflows.
