Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop scalable full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and microservices. You will build AI-enabled enterprise solutions by integrating Generative AI and Large Language Models into workflows.

You will design RESTful APIs, collaborate with AI architects, and implement RAG architectures while ensuring security, scalability, and performance across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices architecture.
• Build AI-enabled business applications by integrating Generative AI and Large Language Models into enterprise workflows.
• Develop intelligent assistants, chatbots, and AI-powered automation solutions to improve business productivity.
• Implement RAG-based solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories and vector databases.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with AI Architects and Data Scientists to deploy machine learning and Generative AI models within enterprise applications.
• Create and optimize prompts, AI workflows, and agent interactions to improve response quality and business relevance.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Standups.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain application quality and promote knowledge sharing.
• Integrate applications with cloud services, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-release validation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and AI-related issues across environments.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technology evaluations, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance standards are incorporated into all solution designs.
