Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Strong experience managing production incidents and leading bridge calls during critical outages.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Production Support Governance
• Service Restoration
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and ability to troubleshoot production issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for mission-critical applications and services.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Lead major incident management activities and coordinate resolution across multiple technology teams.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
• Support and troubleshoot Java/Spring Boot-based microservices applications.
• Investigate and resolve REST API-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
