Qualifications

• Strong Java Full Stack experience (React or Angular).
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools and practices.
• Understanding of secure, compliant adoption of AI in delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and debugging.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers’ work.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and delivery speed.
• Applies SDLC tools to improve automation and value realization.
• Identifies and automates recurring issues to improve stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture.
