• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, JPA, and RESTful services.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver software solutions through hands-on development and troubleshooting, solving complex problems with durable, scalable architectures.
• Build secure, production-grade code and strengthen engineering standards via code reviews, debugging, and testing.
• Improve resilience by identifying recurring issues and automating remediation to reduce incidents and toil.
• Lead technical evaluations with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess solution fit and integration readiness.
• Promote modern engineering practices by leading communities of practice and sharing reusable patterns.
