As a senior engineer, you will own end-to-end DevOps for the team, drive architectural reviews, and mentor colleagues in agile delivery, testing strategies, and observability.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience delivering design, development, testing, and operational stability for complex systems.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted software development tools with an emphasis on correctness, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Develops secure high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
• Drives enterprise adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and reliability.
• Owns end-to-end DevOps for SDLC, including pipelines, release practices, and automated quality gates.
• Defines testing strategy across the stack: unit, contract, component, functional, performance, resilience.
• Leads design and implementation of Java-based microservices and REST/OpenAPI APIs.
