Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Advanced in one or more programming language(s).
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and secure coding practices.
Responsibilities
- Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
- Develops secure production code and reviews code written by others.
- Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operations.
