Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Columbus to join the Consumer & Community Banking Marketing Automation team. You will act as a core technical contributor, delivering secure, scalable full-stack solutions and guiding AI-assisted development practices across multiple business functions.

You will lead design reviews, collaborate across teams, and drive integration work leveraging Adobe Experience Manager and cloud capabilities to modernize marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end full-stack solutions.
• Proficiency in Java and web technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting across complex problems.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and conducts code reviews.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed and stability.
• Leverages SDLC tools to improve value of automation and development workflows.
• Identifies recurring issues and drives remediation to improve operational stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams on architecture.
• Delivers full-stack solutions end-to-end including UI, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Participates in project planning, risk assessment, and solution outlining.
• Coordinates with web design partners to enforce consistent standards.
• Modernizes content delivery using Adobe AEM and related Adobe Cloud capabilities.
