Job summary

ServiceSource Inc is seeking a dedicated janitorial professional to support the HAFB facility on a 4x10 schedule (Thu-Sun, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM). The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of custodial experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Expect routine cleaning, crew transport, and potential supervisory duties. Qualified candidates will pass a background check and gain access to HAFB locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years’ custodial experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel.
• Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Ability to pass and maintain clearance for the HAFB background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties at HAFB including cleaning restrooms, sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Assist in transporting crews to assigned work areas daily.
• Perform designated tasks (e.g., train, floor scheduler, supervise swing or 4x10 shift).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• May perform supervisory duties in the absence of their supervisor.
• Conduct quality inspections on janitorial workers.
