Responsibilities

• Maintains building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors.
• Cleaning and vacuuming drapes, furniture, and carpeting.
• Restroom restocking and light bulb replacement.
• Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash.
• Removes trash and transports materials to disposal area.
• Keeps cleaning equipment operational and performs basic repairs.
• Maintains inventory and anticipates parts and equipment needs.
• Places orders for supplies as needed.
• Contributes to a safe working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Primary Duties

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) preferred.

At least one (1) year custodial experience.preferred.
