Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to drive performance testing and API validation across banking and financial services applications. You will work on IVR testing with LR and Sierra, monitor systems with Dynatrace and Splunk, and collaborate with Development, Infra, and DevOps teams to ensure high reliability.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, guiding design decisions, coding, and creating robust test strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with LoadRunner for performance test design, execution and analysis.
• API testing experience with RestAssured or SOAP.
• Experience with messaging systems (MQ/Kafka) and OpenShift.
• Performance testing expertise in IVR using LR and Sierra tools.
• Creating LR scripts for IVR and backend integrations.
• Develop call flows with Sierra for IVR testing; analyze bottlenecks.
• Monitor with Dynatrace and Splunk; SQL knowledge for performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements and guide design decisions.
• Facilitate design discussions and document decisions for the tech team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features with stability focus.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and enhance system reliability.
• Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
