Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or directing engineering workflows.
• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of systems and network engineers.
• Architect and oversee installation of servers and networking devices.
• Perform server updates, patch management, and software installations.
• Manage physical and virtual servers with various OS (Red Hat, Windows, VMWare).
• Maintain security processes and prepare for RMF assessments.
