Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of Information Systems/IT experience, leading technology initiatives and directing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server/desktop environments, DBMS, SDLC, systems analysis, and architecture.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and recommendations to IS teams and management.
• Ensure adherence to IT standards, methodologies, policies, and best practices.
• Lead planning, design, development, implementation, and support of technology solutions.
• Evaluate hardware, software, infrastructure, and technology investments.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Analyze, design, review, and modify system specifications, configurations, and software solutions.
• Develop and maintain coding standards, implementation plans, and testing methodologies.
• Lead troubleshooting across multiple systems and platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal customers on products and strategies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to support future initiatives.
