Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst to drive data products and analytics transformation in the Beef & Pork division. You will partner with business and IT leaders to define requirements, shape data and reporting solutions, and deliver insights for operations and enterprise initiatives.

The role emphasizes transforming business reporting from Excel to enterprise analytics, building trusted data, and leading cross-functional IT analytics initiatives with a focus on measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Systems or related area with proven experience as a business analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical area.
• Knowledge of Kimball data modeling in medallion architecture.
• Ability to develop and communicate capability/application roadmaps.
• Strong SQL, BigQuery, Office tools proficiency and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT partner to align data products with business goals and deliver data solutions.
• Lead complex transformation initiatives impacting processes and technology.
• Guide IT data gathering, architecture strategy, integration, and deployment.
• Build relationships and transition reporting from Excel to enterprise analytics.
• Document business cases with stakeholders to frame opportunities, benefits, risks.
• Communicate updates to diverse audiences including senior management.
• Develop IT analytics strategies and roadmaps with business leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster growth within the team.
