Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT customer-facing and/or technical support experience.
• Experience with printers, terminals, PCs, RF hardware.
• Experience with Windows OS, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to translate technical terms for non-technical users and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software for desktop PCs, printers, and networks.
• Utilize tracking software to monitor resolution of issues and open tickets.
• Support area processes and interface requirements; reset equipment to resolve problems.
• Escalate, document fault patterns, and coordinate with IT/vendor resources to develop fixes.
