Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance experience in facility/manufacturing environments.
3+ years with industrial electricity, PLCs, sensors, and VFDs.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems.
Ability to develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
Basic understanding of network topology for maintenance system integration.

Responsibilities

Lead staffing decisions, performance management and coaching of the maintenance team.
Prioritize and oversee daily maintenance and IT-related workflow.
Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on high-tech systems.
Provide technical leadership as site SME on maintenance and IT standards.
Utilize CMMS to document activities per best practices and manufacturer guidance.
Coordinate IT work with hardware/software installations aligned to priorities.
Maintain safe work environment and address safety concerns.
Foster cross-functional communication across operations, maintenance and IT.
Drive continuous improvement to increase reliability and service quality.
