The U.S. Bureau of the Fiscal Service is seeking a Lead IT Specialist (CUSTSPT) to provide end-user operational support and ensure IT System compliance within the End User Operations Branch in Washington, DC.
The role supports the mission to evaluate, integrate, and support innovative technologies and workplace services for Fiscal Service programs. The successful candidate will bring experience coordinating IT staff, resolving end-user incidents, and supporting enterprise end-user operations.
This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, End User Operations Branch. As a lead IT Specialist (CUSTSPT), you will provide end-user operational support and ensure IT System compliance. The mission of the User Services Division is to evaluate, integrate and support innovative technologies and workplace services to help Fiscal Service program areas achieve their goals.
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized Experience for the GS-13, you must have one year (full 52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
In addition to meeting specialized experience, at the GS-13 level, individuals must have experience demonstrating each of the following competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Decision Making, Information Management, Interpersonal Skills, Oral Communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork, and Technical Competence.
