Job summary

The U.S. Bureau of the Fiscal Service is seeking a Lead IT Specialist (CUSTSPT) to provide end-user operational support and ensure IT System compliance within the End User Operations Branch in Washington, DC.

The role supports the mission to evaluate, integrate, and support innovative technologies and workplace services for Fiscal Service programs. The successful candidate will bring experience coordinating IT staff, resolving end-user incidents, and supporting enterprise end-user operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating IT staff, assigning tasks and guiding progress.
• Experience resolving end-user IT incidents and service requests (hardware, software, OS, network, accounts).
• Experience installing/configuring end-user devices, applications, and related IT equipment.
• Experience coordinating technical support to maintain secure, compliant end-user IT services.

Responsibilities

• Lead or coordinate IT staff, assign tasks, monitor progress and provide technical guidance.
• Resolve end-user IT incidents and service requests across hardware, software, OS, network, and accounts.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot end-user devices and related IT equipment.
• Coordinate technical support activities to maintain secure, compliant end-user IT services.
