• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in IT service delivery with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management, process improvement, and ITIL.
• Experience managing multi-location IT operations, budgets, and vendor contracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT Service Delivery team across service desk, network operations, and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure high performance and reliability with continuous improvement.
• Oversee ITIL processes including change, incident, problem, asset, and configuration management.
