Interactive Brokers in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a Senior Source‑to‑Pay Technology Specialist to optimize procurement systems and data. The role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) and focuses on administration, analytics, and change management to support procurement objectives across the business.

The candidate should have 7+ years implementing procurement tech, plus strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and catalog management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business admin or related field.
• 7+ years implementing procurement tech.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow.
• Experience with Source‑to‑Pay tools incl. catalog management.
• Understanding of procurement and vendor management processes, governance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong project management and documentation skills.
• API adapters and integrations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document S2P technologies; configure and maintain systems.
• Build automation to support procurement strategy.
• Maintain S2P platform and data elements; support change management.
• Provide user training; manage support requests and reports.
• Develop dashboards; monitor usage and improvements.
• Drive change management and stakeholder adoption.
