• Experience with Quality Auditing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership through performance planning, feedback, and recognition to achieve departmental targets.
• Facilitate sourcing for new models, parts, material, and mass production products.
• Oversee new model schedules and customer specifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and improve supplier quality to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Enforce company and departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions.
