Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage IT & AV projects from inception to completion.
• Serve as primary liaison for management, clients, and technical teams.
• Conduct site surveys and kickoff meetings.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Lead project status meetings and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee budgets, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
• Prepare pre- and post-project documentation.
• Manage lifecycle tasks: planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting.
• Gather and validate business processes and user requirements.
• Perform quality checks and QA documentation.
• Plan and deliver user training when applicable.
