Job summary

The Guitar Center Company is seeking a Project Manager for AV/IT integration and electronic security installations. You will plan, direct, and supervise project activities, coordinating with engineers, installers, and subcontractors to ensure profitable, on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing procurement, budgeting, and quality control; training team members; and ensuring proper project reporting and closure. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering and installation of electronic security systems.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• CTS certification is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities on large/complex systems.
• Maintain plans, specs, and procurement to control costs and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare installation plans and supervise execution; monitor costs and profitability.
• Lead training/development of team and ensure project closure with proper documentation.
