Job summary
L3Harris Technologies in Wilmington, MA seeks a Lead IPT Software Engineer for optical space systems. You will lead flight software/EGSE development and guide cross-functional teams through embedded, real-time software life cycles.

Qualifications
- Strong background in space domain with embedded and real-time software.
- Experience in IPT or lead roles overseeing technical, cost, and schedule.
- Proven full software lifecycle experience from requirements to test and sell-off.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Software IPT for flight software and EGSE development.
- Provide technical, cost, and schedule leadership across software lifecycle.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage risks and EVMS where applicable.
- Oversee software planning, architecture, execution, and staffing for embedded, real-time, and test software.
