Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 12+ years of relevant experience; or Graduate Degree with 10+ years; in lieu of a degree, 16+ years.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 5+ years of systems engineering technical leadership experience.
• 5+ years experience with aerospace or space-based payload/vehicle systems.
• Experience analyzing, managing specifications, and generating design review documents.
• Experience leading product test, design verification, and data package generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements traceability and develop test plans to verify requirements.
• Perform technical analysis, manage specs, and generate design review docs.
• Execute design trades to support technical decisions.
• Lead design reviews (PDR, CDR, etc.).
• Lead integration and test of electro-optical/IR systems and related hardware/software.
• Lead product test, verification, and end item data package generation.
• Support/lead data analysis, modeling, and simulation.
• Coordinate system performance requirements with customers and ensure interface compatibility.
