Job summary

Harris Geospatial Solutions is seeking a Lead IPTL Software Engineer for their Wilmington, MA location. This role leads a Software Integrated Product Team, developing flight software and Ground Support Equipment for optical payloads. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in embedded software development and the space domain.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant experience; or 7+ years with a graduate degree; or 13+ years without a degree.
• Experience in an IPT or lead role overseeing team technical, cost, and schedule responsibilities.
• Professional experience with Agile methods and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Software IPT responsible for flight software and EGSE software development for space payload programs.
• Provide technical, cost, and schedule leadership across all phases of software development.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Program Management and Systems Engineering.
