Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 12+ years of experience; graduate degree with 10+ years; or 16 years if no degree.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 5+ years in systems engineering technical leadership.
• 5+ years experience with aerospace or space-based payload or vehicle systems.
• Experience generating design reviews, specs, and test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements traceability and develop test plans to verify requirements.
• Perform technical analysis, manage specifications, and generate design docs.
• Lead design reviews (PDR/CDR) and integration/test of EO/IR systems.
• Mentor a growing team of Systems Engineers and contribute to proposals.
• Plan, guide, and execute program activities and risk management.
