Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and develop process controls to improve manufacturing performance.
• Champion new processes and coordinate cross-functional dispositions with other departments and customers as needed.
• Prepare process improvement plans and support development of approval packages for new or revised processes.
• Communicate process issues with customers and internal stakeholders; drive corrective actions.
• Provide hands-on investigation and problem solving on the shop floor; support off-shift coverage as needed.
