Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or materials science, or a related field with proven process experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process control or process improvement.
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt or experienced Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve cost and quality performance across wax molding, assembly, investing, casting, and shell removal processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and process variability.
• Develop and execute a Process Control Plan and a 3-year vision for improvements.
• Guide hourly inspectors and salaried engineers/technicians on process control plans.
• Facilitate data-driven decision making and support Six Sigma/Zero Defect initiatives.
