Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in California seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a shift from Sunday to Thursday, 2:00pm-10:30pm, driving safe and efficient warehouse operations. You’ll supervise inventory control, address discrepancies, and coordinate staffing while coaching a team to sustain performance and service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of experience, proficiency with WMS like SAP/Manhattan/Blue Yonder, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and handheld scanners.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency and productivity.
Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing to meet commitments.
Train, coach, and develop team members to boost performance.
Monitor quality and ensure compliance with policies and standards, delivering top service.
