Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Inventory Control for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm). You will lead the Inventory Control team, ensure accurate records, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Inventory Control team
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
• Establish and maintain procedures to meet company and customer commitments
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Train, motivate and lead others within area of responsibility
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Facilitate conflict resolution and enforce company policies and procedures
