Job summary

The position requires 2+ years in warehousing, 1 year SAP experience, and hands-on use of WMS and scanners. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected; flexible overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance actions as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment under the 7S program.
