Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor in California to lead warehouse operations and safeguard inventory accuracy. You will supervise teams, monitor discrepancies, and drive improvements while aligning with safety and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating daily activities, coaching staff, and ensuring timely fulfillment for customers. A proactive, bilingual approach is valued in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing schedules to meet commitments.
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to drive performance.
• Monitor work quality, ensure policy compliance, and deliver superior service.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional departments to achieve objectives.
• Resolve employee concerns and enforce policies to foster a positive environment.
• Support safety, housekeeping, and workplace standards.
