Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in California for a 2nd shift (Sun–Thu, 2:00pm–10:30pm). You will oversee inventory control and warehouse operations, drive accuracy, and lead a team to meet customer commitments.

The role requires WMS experience, leadership, and a flexible schedule in a dynamic distribution environment. The position offers competitive compensation with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant warehousing experience.
• Experience with WMS systems such as SAP, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and scanners.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring records and investigating discrepancies.
• Coordinate daily activities and staffing to meet commitments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost accuracy and productivity.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Address employee concerns and enforce policies to maintain a positive environment.
• Support safety, housekeeping, and workplace organization.
