Dart Entities is seeking a Lead Inventory Clerk on 2nd shift in Spanaway, WA. This role involves accurately counting finished goods, adjusting inventory levels, and collaborating with the team to ensure precise audit records.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to support internal and external customers while complying with safety policies. Overtime and physical inventory participation are expected.

• Solid mathematical ability to handle counts and adjustments.
• Excellent organization and detail orientation for inventory records.
• Attention to detail to ensure audit-ready accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Accurately counts finished goods in primary warehouse locations.
• Performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels.
• Research discrepancies as it relates to inventory levels as needed.
• Provides internal and external customer support.
• Helps develop and implement new processes and procedures when necessary.
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
• Assists in managing consolidation assignments.
• Create and maintain cycle count reporting and adjustments as instructed.
• Collaborate with team to manage over/under picks.
• Proactively performs other duties as assigned.
