Job summary

DART WAREHOUSE CORPORATION is seeking a detail-oriented inventory associate to maintain finished goods records in our distribution center. Under supervision, you will count finished goods, adjust inventory levels, research discrepancies, and support internal and external customers.

You will help develop new processes, comply with safety rules, and participate in physical inventory. The role requires overtime when needed and collaboration with the team to improve audit practices and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately counts finished goods in primary warehouse locations.
• Performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels.
• Research discrepancies as it relates to inventory levels as needed.
• Provides internal and external customer support.
• Helps develop and implement new processes and procedures when necessary.
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
• Assists in managing consolidation assignments.
• Create and maintain cycle count reporting and adjustments as instructed.
• Collaborate with team to manage over/under picks.
• Proactively performs other duties as assigned.
