Job summary

ID Logistics in White Haven, PA, is seeking an Inventory Lead on the night shift. You will manage training documentation, audit prep, SOP control, and quality compliance while supporting safety and inventory accuracy across the DC5 accounts.

Role requires a high school diploma (or GED) and at least two years in related work. The position offers benefits and a clear path to ensure regulatory adherence and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.
• Ability to wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Maintains all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems.
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements.
• Maintains documentation regarding internal audits.
• Reports corrective actions and safety non-conformance.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
