Job summary

World Fuel Services is seeking a Lead, Internal Communications & Digital Workplace to shape how employees connect with information across the organization. You will lead efforts to create a cohesive internal communications approach while managing the company intranet (SharePoint) and utilizing Microsoft 365 tools.

You will develop governance, channel strategies, and a calendar of communications while delivering clear, timely and engaging content that enhances the employee experience across

Qualifications

Hands-on SharePoint experience with content management, site administration, navigation and publishing.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
Experience developing governance frameworks, templates, and publishing standards.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Shape Internal Communications Strategy across audiences, channels, messaging and frequency.
Lead the Employee Digital Workplace Experience by managing the intranet and SharePoint content.
Establish governance practices, publishing standards, and content review cycles.
Create engaging, clear content and visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
