Job summary

Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Architect to join our Workplace Interiors Studio in the Charlotte Office. The role focuses on high-quality interior design, design leadership, and collaborative delivery across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in architecture, strong Revit skills, and a proven ability to lead projects from schematic design through construction administration while mentoring teammates and engaging with clients.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the architecture & design industry.
Deep understanding of building codes and accessibility requirements.
Experience signing and sealing drawings.
Ability to execute projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy.
Strong design and Revit skills.

Responsibilities

Lead with autonomy and responsibility across multiple projects.
Coordinate with a team of architects, interior designers, and engineers to meet project requirements, budgets, and schedules.
Produce contract documents, signing and sealing drawings, and lead construction administration.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to QA/QC efforts.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and lead project outcomes.
