Little in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead our Workplace Interiors Studio. You will design interior spaces for clients, mentor teams, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver thoughtful, sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture, NCIDQ or NCARB, 10+ years of experience, and mastery of Revit, SketchUp, and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• NCIDQ or NCARB certification.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts in Interiors practice, working with clients and project teams.
